We know it is a chore, but please read this info as it is important! We offer a 100% genuine 14 day refund policy, basically if you aren't happy we will give you back the amount that you paid for the goods, providing they are in the condition in which they were supplied. However we are unable to refund the cost of postage and you will be liable for the return postage.
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty we will cover the cost of all postage. Please retain all packaging if your goods arrive damaged as they may need to be returned with the damaged product.
The only exclusions to the refund policy are: Anything that has been engraved or personalised, anything in the Flowers and Chocolates ranges. Also earrings for pierced ears, due to health and hygiene regulations. None of this affects your statutory rights and we fully comply with the Distance Selling Act.

In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website and fluctuating Gold and Silver prices, we reserve the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.

Goods should be examined immediately on delivery and claims for damages MUST be notified within 72 HOURS of delivery and a claim reference obtained.

Products may occasionally vary slightly from the image shown due to manufacturer alterations beyond our control. Due to the hand-painted nature of some of our products, colour and design may also vary slightly.

Any date for delivery stated constitutes an estimate only and the Company shall not accept liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by the Customer arising indirectly or directly from delay or failure of delivery however caused.
