How do I return an item?

We know it is a chore, but please read this info as it is important!

We offer a 100% genuine 14 day refund policy, basically if you aren't happy we will give you back the amount that you paid for the goods, providing they are in the condition in which they were supplied and are not personalised or bespoke in any nature. However we are unable to refund the cost of postage and you will be liable for the return postage. Please email us at within 14 days of receipt of your goods if you wish to return your item(s).

In the unlikely event that goods are faulty we will cover the cost of all postage.  Please retain all packaging if your goods arrive damaged as they may need to be returned with the damaged product. Please email us including a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 24 hours of receipt of goods at to report any damages.

The only exclusions to the refund policy are: Anything that has been engraved or personalised, or is bespoke. Also earrings for pierced ears, due to health and hygiene regulations, which cannot be exchanged or refunded. None of this affects your statutory rights and we fully comply with the Distance Selling Act.
